In the beginning, Vancouver Lighting was primarily a track lighting manufacturer with a small showroom, but with rapid expansion of the retail showroom sales, the operation was moved to a much larger showroom facility on Bridgeport Road in Richmond in order to meet demand.

Vancouver Lighting has traditionally concentrated on products that provided a "contemporary" look and provided the best value to the consumer. We were among the first to display residential lighting products from Asia, as well as from Europe and North America, gaining a reputation in the marketplace with builders and designers alike as a source of high quality lighting products that incorporate modern technology and design.
